1) Do you have MOQ or any request about minimum order dollar amount?
We accept 40FT for cooler box (each size or each set). Meanwhile we also request the main order amount should reach USD10000.00 for vavuum flask. Normally customer will buy some samples first to check the quality, then proceed to place a trial order with us. If the order does not reach the amount and quantity as requested then we will increase the unit price accordingly. So we wish to advise our potential customers this notice before they buy any samples from us.
2) do you accept custom products order?
Yes, we not only sell what we have now, but also we accept custom products order.
3) How do I get your sample?
Customers are firstly requested to pay the sample charge twice price than quotation with freight collect. When you place the order, we will return sample cost back or deduct sample cost from order amount directly.Then we will send out the sample(s) by sea, by air, or by express.
4) How long for samples or main order shipment?
Sample order :once receipt sample cost, we will sent sample in 7 days. Main order: delivery 50 days for for production. Since our factory always being fully arranged for order production, 50 days lead time needed.
5) What are that payment terms?
There are two ways. First, 30% T/T in advance, balance against BL copy. Second, 100% L/C at sight with L/C charge USD 200.00.
6) What is the price term and how do we finalize the sea freight charge?
For products,so please let us know the sea port you request. Basically we offer the FOB price first. When customers finalize model numbers and quantity, then we will finalize the freight charge as per exact cubic meter and weight for that shipment.
